These Terms apply to the AIPractix corporate website, including product information, service descriptions, technical content, benchmarks, articles and contact facilities.
AttFace, FeatSearch, Classmin, DeepMec, APIs, SDKs, trials and custom deployments may be governed by separate product terms, licenses or commercial contracts.

Website content is provided for general information and does not by itself constitute a quotation, service commitment, warranty or binding contract.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, AIPractix, AttFace and FeatSearch brands, content, graphics, technical materials, software, models, reports and benchmarks are owned by or lawfully licensed to AIPractix.
Access to the website does not transfer any intellectual-property rights or grant a license to use an AIPractix product.
5. Benchmarks and performance
Accuracy, speed, latency and other performance figures may be measured under specific testing conditions. Actual results may vary depending on input quality, hardware, configuration, environment, model version and deployment method.
A published benchmark does not guarantee identical performance in every system or use case.
6. Responsible use of AI
- Evaluate products for the intended use case.
- Comply with privacy and biometric-data laws.
- Provide required notices and obtain necessary consent.
- Apply appropriate human oversight to important decisions.
- Avoid unlawful surveillance, discrimination and infringement of individual rights.
